His PhD in organic chemistry and over 30 years of experience in various functions across the value chain give him a deep understanding of the industry and the skills to lead and manage complex projects.
His experience at reputed organisations such as Dr. Reddy’s, Laurus, and Hikal demonstrates his ability to work in high-pressure, demanding environments and deliver results. His entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen are evident in his founding and successful operation of two companies, Firmus Laboratories Pvt Ltd and CMH Laboratories Pvt Ltd.

A pharmaceutical professional with over 30 years of experience, worked with Global pharmaceutical organisations like Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd, Granules India Ltd.
Having rich experience in Intellectual property management, Research and Development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and intermediates, Product selection, Portfolio Management and Product development Strategy.
Mr. Ranga will take care of Product selection, Portfolio management & IP.
R&D
Venkat has about 20 years of industrial experience in the Research and Development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. He has worked in MSN Laboratories Pvt Ltd.
He has successfully developed several APIs, transferred technology to the plant, and filed several DMFs.
He has sound knowledge of GLP and GMP practices and regulatory requirements of various agencies like USFDA, EMA, etc.
He is responsible for day-to-day activities in R&D.
